Eleanor was just 6 months old when she was diagnosed with a rare form of eye cancer called retinoblastoma. We were able to help her family with a mortgage payment in June of 2020 so that her parents could focus on her treatment which she was traveling across the country for at the time.

Janae was diagnosed with inflammatory myofibroblastoma in March of 2018. We were able to help her and her family with a mortgage payment in September of 2019.

Emilia was diagnosed with Leukemia in May of 2019. She relapsed in 2022. Addi’s Faith Foundation was able to help her family with their rent payment in October of 2019, April of 2020 and June of 2022. Unfortunately, Emilia passed away in August of 2022.

Zac was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in February of 2024. Addi’s Faith Foundation was able to assist their family with a housing payment in March of 2025.

Jaden was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in April of 2021. Addi’s Faith Foundation was able to assist his family financially in September of 2021 and March of 2022 so that his mom could remain with him at his treatments and doctor’s appointments. Unfortunately, Jaden passed away in October of 2024.

Emilia was diagnosed with Leukemia in May of 2019. She relapsed in 2022. Addi’s Faith Foundation was able to help her family with their rent payment in October of 2019, April of 2020 and June of 2022. Unfortunately, Emilia passed away in August of 2022.

Ava was diagnosed with High Risk Neuroblastoma in February of 2025. Addi’s Faith Foundation was able to help Ava’s family financially in August of 2025 and in July of 2026 to allow her mom to continue to be by her side during hospital stays and treatment.

Andrew was diagnosed with Wilms Tumor (kidney cancer) in 2025. Addi’s Faith Foundation was able to assist them with a mortgage payment in July of 2025 to provide them with a little bit of relief.

Alden was diagnosed with High Risk Neuroblastoma stage 4 when he was just two months old. Addi’s Faith Foundation was able to assist his family financially so they could continue to support him through his treatment. He is now a healthy and thriving middle school student!
